GLASS HOUSE MOUNTAINS KIDS - ARE YOU READY?????

The Motiv8sports GR8 Race is an incredible event for our Glass House Mountains kids held on our school oval as an incursion on September 14. In the lead up to September 14, each child will endeavour to fundraise as much as they can for our school - here's where we need your help!

HOW?

It's as simple as...
1. Register your child

2. You'll then get a unique Fundraising link to send to friends and family who can click on it and easily donate!  

(Yep, there are some killer prizes up for offer to those who fundraise - a simple $20 worth of fundraising will get your kid a ticket in the draw for some epic prizes - see below!).

WHAT IS THE ACTUAL GR8 RACE?

On the 14th of September students will arrive at school to be greeted by a sports dreamworld comprising multiple 'countries'. 

Each country is a unique, incredible activity or challenge to be completed by GHMSS kids who'll work in a small team of 4/5. Armed with their own passport, the kids will navigate around the world to complete each challenge and get a stamp in their passport. The 90-min clock is ticking... who'll visit every country and get to the customs tent in time?

Maybe it's the Slime Slides In Sweden, the bear chase in Canada or the Dance Club in Cuba...? The kids have 24 fun countries to navigate while music pumps from the DJ tent. Each country's activity involves sport, music, dance, problem solving or adventure-based learning. 

Which Team will use their Teamwork, Communication and Collaboration to be CROWNED CHAMPIONS!

WHAT'S NEXT

All we need is for each student to get their online fundraising started ASAP and send it out to family and friends to raise important funds for our school.

Kids get a ticket in the draw to win a series of prizes (below) once they fundraise to that threshold. The more you raise the more chances you have to win one of these great prizes!

WHAT ARE THE PRIZES?

SENIOR PRIZES - GR 3-6

1st prize:  NINTENDO SWITCH (valued $469) ($60 threshold)

2nd prize:  INVICTUS SCOOTER (value $269) ($40 threshold)

3rd prize: RAZOR RIPSTICK ($119) ($20 threshold)

JUNIOR PRIZES - GR P-2

1st prize:  FAMILY ANNUAL PASS TO AUSTRALIA ZOO (valued $479) ($60 threshold)

2nd prize:  INVICTUS SCOOTER (value $269) ($40 threshold)

3rd prize:  RAZOR RIPSTIK($119) ($20 threshold)

What is the threshold?  This is the dollar amount the student must fundraise to get one ticket in the draw to win that prize. (For example, Zoe raises $70. She gets 3 x entries into the 3rd prize drraw; 1 x entry into both 1st and 2nd prize draw).
