Get ready for an action-packed, high-energy global adventure.

Thanks to Legacy Partner and Diamond Sponsor, Fred Whong – Belle Property Upper North Shore, Silver Sponsor MCPS BASC and Bronze Sponsor Community Bank Berowra & Districe; The Motiv8sports GR8 Race is transforming Mount Colah Public School into a world of sport, teamwork and excitement.

On Thursday April 2^nd 2026, students will wear mufti and race in teams to visit as many “countries” as possible, with each country featuring a unique sport, music, dance, problem-solving or adventure challenge.

The event will include:

• An inflatable Ninja Warrior course
• Multiple slip and slide challenges
• Colour stations
• Slime elements
• High-energy team-based activities

Fundraising for Our School

Funds raised through this event will go directly towards the P&C Contribution Plan enhancing student experience and improving facilities across the school. This includes:

• Canteen upgrade
• Providing stage-based resources to enrich classroom experiences
• Providing students with technology and curriculum subscriptions
• Contributing to a new Stage 1 Swimming Program

How to Participate

Getting started is simple:

1. Register your child/ren
   Click Register a new child on this page. When completing the class information for your child/ren you will be asked to nominate Grade and Class. For those in MJ, SC, AJ, GK or OJ- please just use the first letter e.g OJ please mark as O. 
   
   
2. Register for the event
   Register your child for the Mount Colah Public School Gr8 Race Event 
   
   
3. Share
   Once registered, you can view your child's dashboard and share the sponsorship link. Each child registered has their own fundraising link. Share it via text, email or social media with friends and family to rally sponsors. We have class fundraising prizes linked to combined goals. 
   
   
4. Earn Entries into the Prize Draw
   For every $10 raised, students will receive one entry into the major prize draw, to be called on the day. 

The more funds raised, the more entries received.

Students will go into the draw to win:

• Nintendo Switch + Game Voucher
• A voucher for $200 for KOKO Amusement Hornsby

• KF raised the most in Week 6 and get a pizza party! 
• The class who raises the most in Week 7 gets a donut party.
• The class who raises the most in Week 8 gets a pizza party.

If the school raises $15,000 we slime Mr Macey.

If the school raises $20,000 we slime Mrs Fenton.

If the school raises $25,000 we slime Mrs Davidson.

If the school raises $30,000 we slime Mr Paterson.
