The Chevallum GR8 Race School Fundraiser is coming!  Are you ready?

The Motiv8sports GR8 Race is an incredible event for our Chevallum kids.  The fundraising event will be held on the school oval as an incursion on Wednesday 11th September. Leading up to the event, each child will strive to raise as many funds as possible for the school ... and we need your support!

ALL ABOUT THE GR8 RACE

On the 11th September, students will arrive at school to be greeted by a sports wonderland comprising of multiple countries each with their own unique and incredible activity or challenge to complete.  The D.J drops the beat and the children in teams of 4-5 will set off on a journey to explore as many countries as possible.  For each country activity or challenge they complete, they will be awarded a stamp on their passport.  It is an amazing event to foster collaboration, teamwork, communication and comradery as they race to see if they have what it takes to win the GR8 Race and be crowned the champions!

SO HERE IS HOW YOU CAN HELP

STEP 1 - Register your child online and pay the $20 entry fee.  If you are family of 3 or more children - you are elgible for the family discount of $50. As the GR8 Race platform does not accommodate group discounts, please see Di Smith at the uniform shop to register and pay the family discount.

STEP 2 - Start Raising Funds with a click of a button!  Once registered, you will be provided with a unique fundraising link which you can share with family and friends via text, SMS, Messenger, WhatsAPP or email.  It's that simple and it is so easy for everyone to click and donate!

A MASSIVE PRIZE POOL IS UP FOR GRABS

The more money your child raises, the more tickets they have in the draws!  The prize pool includes:

1st Prize - Sea World Resort Family Holiday (1 ticket for every $120 raised) includes unlimited access to 4 theme parks - Movie World, Sea World, Wet & Wild and Paradise Country.

2nd Prize - PlayStation 5 (1 ticket for every $100 raised)

3rd Prize - Mountain Bike (1 ticket for every $80 raised)

4th Prize - Hoverboard (1 ticket for every $60 raised)

5th Prize - $300 Rebel Sports Voucher (1 ticket for every $50 raised)

6th Prize - Ginger Factory Ultimate Family Pass (1 ticket for every $40 raised)

7th Prize - Vtech Smart Watch (1 ticket for every $30 raised)

8th Prize - Ninja Jungle Freeplay Passes x 4 (1 ticket for every $20 raised)

• So if your child raises $20 (their registration fee) - they go into the draw to win one of 4 x Ninja Jungle Feeplay Passes
• If your child raises $120 they get an entry into every prize pool ie. from 8th Prize for raising $20 (the Ninja Jungle Pass) right through to 1st Prize for raising $120, being the family holiday to Sea World Resort. Example: if they raise $100, they will get 5 entries into the $20 prize (Ninja Jungle Pass), 3 entries in the $30 prize (Smart Watch), 2 entries in $40 prize (Ginger Factory Pass), 2 entries in the $50 prize (Rebel Voucher), and 1 entry in the $100 prize (PlayStation) etc.

SPECIAL CLASS BONUS PRIZES - get your classmates together and register and your class could win the following:

• The first class to have the most students registered by the end of the first week will WIN an Ice Cream Party
• The first class to raise $1000 will WIN a Popcorn & Movie session
• The first class to register ALL students in their class will WIN a Pizza Party

• The hightest fundraiser in each family group will WIN a $50 Sunshine Plaza Gift Voucher
• The hightest fundraiser overall will WIN a $300 Rebel Sport or JB Hi-Fi Gift Voucher

RACE TEAM BONUSES

• Team Champion - 1st home plus best teamwork - $40 Rebel Sports Voucher for each team member
• Team Sportmanship - $15 canteen voucher for each team member (or sports equipment to the value)
• Team Best Costume - $10 canteen voucher for each team member (or sports equipment to the value)
